NEUMAN ESSER Pendulum Mill is a compact, efficient, easy-to-maintain and low electricity consumption grinding system designed for grinding soft and medium hard raw materials. It is possible to grind from d97 800 microns to 8 microns with the system.
Under the new completed projects in Turkey, the construction industry serving our customers pendulum mill system established for the project has reached a stage in the anticipated capacity estimates on the very real capacity.
In terms of particle size, d97: 90 micron and d97: 45 micron dimensions, which are requested by the customer, have been reached easily. The desired d: 97 30 micron size trials for future products have also been successfully carried out.
In addition, electricity consumption was very low compared to the installed power of the system. The actual electricity consumption is less than half of the ball mill system. Considering the low profitability and high operational costs associated with high energy costs, especially in the industrial raw material sector, the pendulum mill system contributes to profitability by providing efficient and low production costs.
